  1. that Intranet pages created using STN Easy for Intranets shall bear the STN Easy for Intranets logo;
  2. that the STN IP address recognition program made available to Customer by STN, makes no effort to ensure that the IP address found has not been falsified ("spoofed") in some manner by software at the Customer side or by a third party;
  3. that Customer bears all risks, liability and costs, including taxes, associated with any of Customer's IP addresses being spoofed and with any use of STN Easy and ChemPort using the Customer IP addresses;
  4. that STN's liability is limited and is only as set forth in the "STN Easy Terms and Conditions" for use of STN Easy; and
  5. that Customer will inform its users of the "STN Easy Terms and Conditions" in effect for use of STN Easy, and that Customer and Customer's users will be bound by and will comply with these terms and conditions.
